They are a vital food, cornerstone of the Mediterranean diet and essential to Italian cooking, used in soups, stews, and salads, or enjoyed alone as a simple side dish.

Our traditional Italian legumes are simply boiled and packed in water with no salt added. They are also Kosher certified.
