Commenting on Coppola 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Colline Salernitane P.D.O., which is made exclusively from olives of the Salerno province, judges have pointed out to “Beautiful viscosity, lusciously creamy, but not flabby or fatty on the lips. A touch of fresh grass on the nose.” and highlighted that “The peppery spike was enjoyed by everyone and we would have loved to enjoy some beautifully ripe tomatoes and a good mozzarella with this olive oil.”

Coppola Foods is proud to feature for the first time at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair its Coppola Gusto Italiano authentic Italian staples, including 100% Italian canned tomatoes, legumes with no salt added, extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Italian olives, and pasta made according to the age-old quality traditions of the Campania region in the South of Italy.

The products include the last year’s 1 star winners at the Great Taste 2013, such as Coppola Borlotti and Bianchi di Spagna with no salt added, as well as Coppola Torchietti pasta shape.

We are also pleased to present our new product ranges, such as Nonna’s D’ARCO antipasti, Hillfield conventional canned staples, and Fontana FORMIELLO traditional Italian standard essentials, such as risotto rice.
